Description

The house was built in 2020 and it offers the modern equipment and comfort with air condition. It can welcome up to 7 persons. It has a big living room with access to the opened kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 laundry, 3 terrasses, 1 pool.

Our villa is ideally located in a charming little village (Lagnes) inside a protected natural area (parc naturel du Luberon). Lagnes is well known to be the departure of many hiking trails and cycle tours in the preserved nature. You can find more detailed information in the Surroundings / Activities section of this website.

The living area is very pleasant and luminous, the fully equipped kitchen offers a big central worktop with many storages and a long table for up to 8 persons. From the kitchen you can access directly to the wooden terrasse where you can take your meal with your family and friends. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa (convertible) a TV, a small library with various books, some sitting cushions (the kids love them). From the living room you can access directly to he wooden terrasse under a bioclimatic pergola and relax on the garden salon near the pool.

The Master Suite offers access its own small shower, sink, and towel hang drawer, the bedroom has its own wooden terrasse. This bedroom has a king size bed a chest and armoire where you can put your cloth.

The Second Bedroom has a standard size double bed, a chesterfield sofa a small bureau and chair, armoire, and bedside tables where to store your belongings.

The Third Bedroom has a standard size double bed, an extendible bed (for up to two persons), armoire, a chest and two bedside tables where to store your belongings.

The bathroom with bath and a twin vanity sink, towel hang drawer, drawer, and shelves.

The toilets are in separated room it has a sink a small cabinet.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer there is also an additional fridge/freezer.

The Pool is only 150 cm deep .

The tenants do not have access to the garage.
